A man was stabbed with a pair of scissors after a brawl broke out at Eccles Metrolink stop. Police were called to reports of two men fighting at the station on Regent Street on Saturday (May 9).

One of the men stab the other man with scissors, it is understood. The 20-year-old victim suffered minor injuries, police said.

He was taken to hospital as a precaution and has since been discharged. No arrests have been made. Detectives have launched an investigation into the attack, which happen at around 4.55pm.
