Man operating illegal lockdown ice cream van hauled before courts

An ice cream man has had his sales frozen after he was reported for illegally selling sweet treats over lockdown. Mohmmed Zubair Khan, from Tongue, Bolton, appeared before Bolton Magistrates Court last Wednesday, December 1, where he was found guilty of trading without a licence.

Bolton Council were first made aware of Khan's illegal activity when they recieved complaints about his business in April 2020.
