dailyrecord.co.ukA man who stalked a woman following a short-term relationship and who 'defecated' in his ex's hot tub has managed to avoid jail.David Miller, aged 39, pleaded guilty to two counts of stalking on the morning his court trial was due to take place.
Miller left a woman whom he had had a casual relationship with in the summer living in fear after he continued to appear outside of her home and follow her in the street.
He even hurled a bottle at her during the ordeal. Teesside Live reports that Miller also defecated in another woman's hot tub, who was his former long-term partner, throughout the same period on October 3 and left 'personal possessions' hanging from her car door days later.
