On Saturday, officers from P olice Scotland confirmed that a 54-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with the disturbance.

Cops said the 'circumstances of the incident' will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.A spokesperson from the Highlands and Islands Police Division said: "Following investigation into a disturbance that took place in the grounds of Lybster Primary School, Lybster shortly after 9.00am on Wednesday, December 3, a 54-year-old male was arrested and charged."The circumstances of this incident will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.".
