Love Island is seemingly set to return to Majorca as Spain will reopen its borders to Brits without the need for a Covid test from next week.The hit ITV2 show has filmed its summer series in Spain since it launched in 2015, only moving to South Africa in January 2020 to launch a winter series.
Doubts were cast over whether host Laura Whitmore and her latest batch of sexy singletons could return to the island this year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but is has now been confirmed that Spain will welcome British visitors in the coming days.
On Friday, the Spanish government confirmed it would follow in the footsteps of Portugal and welcome visitors from the UK, despite the country being on the amber travel list.
