Dr Alex George has hit back at fat shamers with a fresh shirtless picture. The doctor spoke out - and said he "loves" his body after weight gain.

The Love Island star and mental health campaigner spoke out on Instagram. He wrote: "Throughout the work that I have done as ambassador it has become clear that body image is a huge pressure on young people. "Although we cannot ‘blame’ social media or body image for eating disorders, as there are a multitude of issues that can contribute, speaking to young people and experts, it can certainly play a part.
