26, the NBC drama managed to come out on top with its season 5 premiere. From a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 in Live+Same Day, “This Is Us” grew 64% to a 2.3 rating, narrowly seeing off “Masked Singer” at a 2.1 rating.
The Fox singing series got the better of “This Is Us” in the delayed charts once all was said and done last season, so it remains to be seen which of the two will emerge victorious in the 2020-21 season.After those two, a couple of ABC shows in “The Conners” and “The Bachelorette” grew their audiences by a 0.4 rating, with the former ending up at a 1.8 and the latter at a 1.2..
