The fridge, which appeared to also be full of food, had been left dumped on the footbridge between Gorse Hill and Moss Road.
An assortment of other dumped rubbish, including a ‘danger men at work’ sign, were also seen piled up next to the fridge. The dumped fridge was first spotted by a member of the Stretford Litter Pickers, a local group launched earlier this year in a bid to crack down on dumped waste in the area.
