Lanarkshire teenager claimed he couldn't remember dog being 'stolen' because he'd taken drugs

A teenager said he woke from a drug-induced sleep to find the bulldog pup he'd bought only two days previously had disappeared.The youth and his girlfriend were allegedly robbed of the nine-week-old pet at knifepoint.But he told Hamilton Sheriff Court he remembered nothing about events as he had been "full of diazepam".The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
