Aya Hachem, 19, was "in the wrong place at the wrong time" when she was shot dead on King Street in Blackburn on May 17 last year, Lancashire Live reports.
Eight people are currently on trial at Preston Crown Court for the murder of Miss Hachem, a second year law student at the University of Salford.
The prosecution say the shot was intended for Pachah Khan, the owner of Quick Shine Tyres, following a long-standing dispute between him and Feroz Suleman, who owned neighbouring RI Tyres.
