James McAvoy Confirms He's Married, Secretly Tied Knot with Lisa Liberati

The couple first met back in 2016 while working together on the movie Split. Lisa was director M. Night Shyamalan‘s assistant at the time.
They began dating a couple years later and recently got married. Click inside for more details… James confirmed the news during an interview with The Guardian, but the outlet noted he did “not want to elaborate on this side of his life for fear of creating tabloid fodder.” Lisa is from Philadelphia and James says the city is “like a second home for me.” There were rumors that they got married in 2019, but it sounds like that wasn’t true until now. James was previously married to actress Anne-Marie Duff from 2006 to 2016 and they are parents to an 11-year-old son Brendan.
