Jake, 33, told his followers: "So I wasn’t going to post this, I was a little ashamed of how I let myself get, I’ve never been out of shape really I know that, but with lockdown and becoming a dad and also being on tour I let myself get out of my routine, which in turn not only affected my body but also my mental health!! "5 weeks of turning that all around, being in a routine, lifting weights again after injuries I feel great not only physically but mentally, I still have down days we all do!
