JACK Fincham has been left heartbroken after his beloved Nanny Kath passed away following a lengthy battle with cancer. The 28-year-old star said that he was "already missing her" in a moving Instagram tribute, which he posted this afternoon.

The former Love Island champ shared a selection of photos of her, including several of himself beaming beside her as they posed for the camera.

He wrote in the caption: "Rest in peace my beautiful Nanny, I love you and miss you so much already, Nanny Kath. "I told you everything and you always gave me the best advice.
