DERMOT O'Leary has spoken about dealing with sleepless nights since becoming a dad a few weeks ago. Dermot, 47, and his wife Dee Koppang welcomed their son Kasper into the world on June 23 and are slowly getting to grips with parenthood.

Speaking on his BBC 2 radio show earlier today, Dermot gushed about life as a father during a chat with his guest James Bay.

When James asked the radio host how it was going, Dermot replied: "Oh he is brilliant, we are having a great time. That sort of lovely foggy period of sleepless love.
