JACK Tweed has revealed he feels closer to Jade Goody now he has reconnected with her sons Bobby and Freddy. The 34-year-old spent a lot of time with the boys during his relationship with the reality TV star, who passed away on 22 March 2009 from cervical cancer.

Bobby and Freddy, then five and four but now 18 and 17, went to live with their dad Jeff Brazier, and just last year told The Sun how he “desperately misses” them.

But after he bumped into Bobby at their mutual friend, TOWIE star James ‘Arg’ Argent’s house, they bonded again. Speaking exclusively to The Sun in the week he marked the 13th anniversary since the Big Brother star’s tragic death, Jack says: “I speak to the boys much more now than I did and that really helps.

They message me and I love being in their lives again. “I’ve never tried to replace their dad, I know that I’m not their father, but they know that if they ever need anything, they can speak to me. .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-u6yh49{background-color:rgba(246,242,249,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
