The Manchester Hunt Sabs member even had part of his ear ripped off in what has been described as a “disturbing attack”. The 40-year-old was checking on a badger sett in Little Lever when he came across a group of people at around 9pm on Wednesday.

They had two dogs and were digging out the badger’s den. Despite being alone, the anti-hunt group member confronted them to stop them from killing any animals.
