Electic Vehicles (EVs) on the roads and new research indicates charging points will be the new way to add value to your house.Over 175,000 EVs were registered in 2020 – the biggest increase to date - but one in five people won't make the switch because they are not located near a charging point.

A survey by Rivervale Leasing revealed that homes with an electric charge point installed sell for 13% more than the local average.
