Home and Away’s Johnny Ruffo confirms his brain cancer has returned

Home and Away star Johnny Ruffo has sadly confirmed his cancer has returned. He beat brain cancer in 2017 but has been re-diagnosed after a series of seizures and headaches.

32-year-old Johnny Ruffo is best known for playing Chris Harrington on the popular Australian soap and told his Instagram followers the heartbreaking news about his cancer in a post.

He wrote: ‘After an unexpected week of seizures and excruciating headaches it is with a heavy heart that I have to let you know I now have another huge battle ahead of me as my brain cancer has returned, though I will dig deep and beat this shit disease again.’ Johnny’s battle with brain cancer began three years ago and was initially misdiagnosed as depression.
