The actress is currently appearing on screens in I'm A Celebrity... South Africa with her huge engagement ring firmly on display.
However, before the first-ever spin-off series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here debuted on ITV last month, Helen revealed that she and footballer Scott split last July but she still wore her ring for filming in camp in the new setting of Kruger National Park in the South African bush in September to avoid any questions being asked.
