Residents of Smith's Yard, Ancoats, were woken by noise in their private car park in the early hours of Monday (April 19). Footage shared with the Manchester Evening News shows a man driving a Volkswagen Passat in a circle and then towards the main gate.
The gates at the front do not automatically and need an activation fob. A concierge from the building then bravely went out to confront the the man, who abandoned the car and walked off.
