HBO Max is making sure that anyone who wants to watch Wonder Woman 1984 at home on Christmas is a paying subscriber of their service.
WarnerMedia has decided to end all free trial offers for the streaming service, just weeks ahead of the upcoming movie’s debut.
The streamer confirmed the news to CNET. Wonder Woman 1984 is being released in theaters and on HBO Max on the same exact day, ushering in a new era for Warner Bros.
movies with over a dozen of their high-profile films set to do the same over the next year. A subscription to HBO Max is $14.99 a month and when you compare that price to a movie ticket, it’s significantly cheaper than just one ticket in many areas of the country.
