Euro 2020 games as Italian officials admit they'll struggle to meet the decision deadline. The tournament was delayed last summer due to the coronavirus pandemic, having been due to be staged in countries across Europe.

It will go ahead this summer but UEFA wants to ensure that fans are allowed into stadiums. Eight of the 12 hosts have confirmed at least 25 per cent attendance but Munich, Rome, Bilbao and Dublin have asked for more time.

They've been given until April 19 to decide, with the opening match between Italy and Turkey due to be played at the Stadio Olimpico in Italy.

The country's health minister Roberto Speranza has made clear that they want to host all games as planned, with fans, but time is running out for approval.
