dailyrecord.co.ukA yob who smashed a back door glass panel at his mother’s Bannockburn home with a hammer was this week sentenced to supervision.But 24-year-old Jordan Laird was warned that if he breached the Community Payback Order comprising 18 months’ supervision he risked a jail term.Laird, of The Brae, Bannockburn, had admitted a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner at his mother’s Firs Crescent address on June 21 this year.When the matter called last month, the fiscal depute said Laird had appeared there at 5pm, but his mum Margaret had “perceived him to be under the influence due to slurred speech and unsteady balance, so did not grant him access to the property.”At that point Laird started to shout at the back door, stating: ‘Let
