Celtic legend and former Hamilton Accies boss Bertie Auld has been praised as an old-school football manager, the likes of which you don't get anymore, and a friendly character, following his death.Lisbon Lion Auld was brought in to Hamilton Accies by then- player-manager John Blackley in 1982 and took over the following season for a single term at the club.Auld, who passed away on Sunday aged 83 following a battle with dementia, enjoyed two spells at Celtic, from 1955-61 and 65-71, during which the club famously won the 1967 European Cup, with four years at Birmingham City in between.The star, who was capped three times for Scotland, was at Hamilton for a few months before taking over for a single season.Former secretary Scott Struthers
