Hamilton Accies supremo says club would back ending Scottish Premiership season behind closed doors

Hamilton Accies would be open to playing games behind closed doors to help conclude the Scottish Premiership season. Chairman Allan Maitland was willing to follow the solution put forward by the English Premier League to play in June in empty stadiums.However, he admits the idea can’t work unless player contracts are sorted out first.He said: “We would be happy to play behind closed doors, I’ve said all along that we would be happy to do anything.“If they ask us to play behind closed doors we’ll do that, if they ask us to finish the season we’ll finish the season, if they tell us we’re playing a play-off we’ll play a play-off, if they tell us we’re staying up then we’ll do that.“Whatever they decide, we’re governed by the laws of the game,
