Hairdresser explains correct number of times we should be washing our hair

The two-step process includes first applying a regular amount of shampoo, before rinsing, then going in for a second time focusing on your scalp, the Mirror reported.
In her video, which was posted on her @amy.does.some.hair account, she said: "Thoroughly wet your hair, spread the shampoo over your hands and evenly distribute the shampoo all over your scalp. "Using the tips of your fingers, massage the shampoo all over your scalp.
Don't miss your hairline or nape."Rinse and repeat."Focus on the scalp. Use the suds to gently pass through the ends."After rinsing the second round of shampoo, you just need to condition it as normal - making sure to avoid the roots - and you should be all set.Amy added: "Apply conditioner to the ends, avoiding the roots.
