Clydebank 2005s 2-7 Vale of Leven 2005s Jason Hewins On the return to competitive football following a six month break, Vale of Leven 2005s travelled the short distance to play the first local derby of the season against Clydebank.The two largest non professional teams in the area now have well established Academy sides throughout all age groups.Paisley and Johnstone League organisers created a group stage and cup tournament to allow the teams and players to see out the 2020/21 season in a meaningful way and both sides looked forward to the challenge.Through the six-month break following lockdowns and restrictions to our activities Vale had lost well respected players and picked up new faces on the way.The team to face Clydebank was.
