Staff at Alderley Edge Medical Centre posted on social media after they found the note in the prescription request box, CheshireLive reports.

It read: "When will GPs come out of hiding and start giving the people the service they deserve and have paid their taxes for?" A picture of the note was tweeted out by the Alderley Edge GP account.
