An Ayrshire five star hotel has become one of Scotland's first to announce a reopening date as lockdown restrictions are eased.Glenapp Castle, which sits on a 110 acre private estate near Ballantrae, will accept guests from July 15.The 17-bedroom resort, which boasts activities ranging from tank driving to clay pigeon shooting, announced its decision today.A spokesperson said: "Despite making the difficult decision to close in March in line with the government's advice, the Glenapp Castle team remained positive and worked remotely with their guests on postponing bookings."They were glad to see that the majority, around 85 per cent, were keen to rearrange rather than cancel altogether."Over the last few weeks, as other parts of the world.
