Nicola Roberts has told how she needed a year of therapy to “save” herself after being stalked by her ex-boyfriend. Carl Davies was given a 15-month prison sentence in 2017, suspended for two years, and a lifetime restraining order after he admitted stalking the Ex-Girls Aloud singer.

Nicola’s relationship problems had gone on for years and she then turned to a therapist to help regain self-respect.
