manchestereveningnews.co.ukfrom Wigan was found dead by her boyfriend after asking him to go to the shop for some drinks. Leanne Shaw, 30, took her own life at a property in Claremont Avenue on March 3 after a long and agonising battle with drug addiction.
She left several heartbreaking notes for her loved ones apologising for the pain she had put them through. At an inquest into her death, her mother said she was a bright pupil at school and had dreamed of becoming a lawyer.
However, she fell in with the wrong crowd which sadly led to her becoming addicted to heroin and crack cocaine. Bolton Coroners Court heard how Ms Shaw, who lived in Hindley, had been with her on-off boyfriend at his house on February 20 when they decided to break up.
