Brian Kemp, the governor of Georgia, has announced that movie theaters, restaurants, and some other businesses will be allowed to reopen on April 27. Kemp – the same governor who publicly said on April 3 that we had just learned that coronavirus could be spread by people with no symptoms – believes that his state is “on track” to meet the the criteria for “Phase 1″ of reopening.
