Scotland is set to see gale force winds and heavy rainfall next week during Halloween and the start of COP26. The Met Office has warned the country will be battered by strong winds and a deluge of rain from Wednesday, October 28 to Friday, November 5.Halloween sits in the middle the forecasted storm with the potential to ruin plans for guising this year.
Visitors to Scotland for COP26, which starts on October 31, will get a striking first impression of Scottish weather.
