Manchester United youngster Facundo Pellistri has joined up with Uruguay for international duty this week and has been speaking to the media about his teammates.
Pellistri, 20, has been on loan at Alaves in La Liga this season but can provide valuable insight for United fans on reported transfer target Ronald Araujo.
Rio Ferdinand has earmarked Barcelona and Uruguay star Araujo as one of two potential transfers United should make amid speculation around the future of captain Harry Maguire.
He has been identified by the United legend as a potential suitor along with PSG and Brazil star Marquinhos. "I would sign Marquinhos," Ferdinand told Vibe with Five. "I would sign the Uruguayan at Barcelona [Araujo]."
