Married At First Sight UK star Amy Christophers has stunned fans with an 'amazing' body transformation - in just a month. Amy has lost weight by overhauling her diet with help from personal trainer Marilyse Corrigan, who was a fellow bride on the hit E4 reality show which matches strangers who meet for the first time on their wedding day.

Sports presenter and qualified football referee Amy, who tied the knot with Josh Christie on the series screened last autumn, received a raft of compliments as Marilyse shared before and after photos on her Instagram showing Amy's transformation between January and February. "My girl @thatsportsspice started her fitness journey with me just last month!" She explained: "Because of her busy work schedules, we began with a tailored food plan to get her started (gluten free). "Amy has a passion for cooking (I know this because she used to cook for me and Josh during MAFS!) …So I made sure Amy had a nice variety of enjoyable dishes to suit her dietary requirements! "With dedication and commitment to the food plan, here we can see Amy’s results in just over a month!
