Bolton Wanderers chairman Sharon Brittan believes events such as the charity walk yesterday en route to Accrington Stanley are perfect evidence of why she opted to purchase the club and save it.
Brittan and Football Ventures took over Wanderers in 2019 and saved the University of Bolton Stadium club from the brink of extinction.
Ahead of the 1-0 loss to Accrington yesterday, Brittan was among a large group of walkers who made the journey to the Wham Stadium on foot.
