East Ayrshire Council today said it was “wholly necessary” to take enforcement action against Nightingale House care home in Auchinleck.

Yesterday, Ayrshire Live revealed how the care home was threatened with closure after the Care Inspectorate applied to the courts to withdraw its registration.
