The clip showed parents Charley and Matthew having an amazing time as they popped a giant confetti canon with children Buster, 12, Bowie, six, and Ace, two, in the back garden.
Mum-of-three Charley, 34, was cheering and laughing as she held toddler Ace in a green camouflage coat and pink pyjama bottoms, while Charley helped middle son Bowie release the canon himself.
As the whole family enjoyed the moment, which saw Charley, who recently announced her return to TV following her departure from the ITV soap, caption the video and snaps with a "happy birthday" message to her beloved husband, some fans became confused.
