Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

DWP issues important Christmas Bonus advice for people on benefits due annual payment

dailyrecord.co.ukDepartment for Work and Pensions (DWP) before the end of December. The money is a one-off, tax-free £10 payment which is made to people who are in receipt of certain benefits during the qualifying period, which was last week.
The DWP advises that eligible claimants can expect to receive their payment before December 31st, although many Daily Record readers who receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP), have been in touch to confirm they have already received the £10 bonus - some as early as December 11.
