Rangers chairman Douglas Park has scored another victory as part of the club’s bitter dispute over an £8million league sponsorship deal. Record Sport understands a court has upheld the Ibrox chief’s appeal against a decision to keep him locked out of an SFA arbitration into the ongoing wrangle between his club and the SPFL over the tie up with online used car retailer cinch.
And the latest legal win on Wednesday means Park – who had taken out an interim interdict to prevent the proceedings from going on without his presence back in August – will now be entitled to take part when the Hampden hearing continues.Rangers are refusing to promote the £8m deal and have not displayed any cinch branding on players’ shirts, or on any advertising
