Later in her speech she began to cry and explained, “I like to downplay s–t. But this? It’s a big deal.” Doja scored a total of eight nominations at this year’s Grammys. “Kiss Me More” was also up for Song of the Year and Record of the Year, while her Planet Her earned a nod for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.
