A devastated mother says she has been left feeling 'stuck' after her little boy was told that he will have to wait for treatment he needs to walk 'because he's too ticklish'.
Since he was just weeks old, Conor Stapleton's feet have been pointed almost perpendicular to the ground, leaving him unable to flex properly.
Worried mum Jade Hatton says she spotted the burgeoning concern at around 10-weeks-old, but claims she was told by health visitors to monitor his mobility on two occasions.
But now, almost two years on, the situation has only grown more dire, according to Jade, with Conor unable to walk or even put on shoes.
