One of the country's most senior health bosses has said the coronavirus lockdown might be the best opportunity people have ever had to get fit.
The entire country was this week ordered to remain indoors in a bid to halt the spread of the Covid-19 disease. However one of the reasons people are permitted to leave their homes is for one period of exercise a day.
