David Livingstone Birthplace museum launches exciting summer events programme

The David Livingstone Birthplace museum is looking forward to a season full of fun with the launch of its summer events programme.

A number of events are set to take place at the museum in Blantyre throughout the holidays. The programme has been inspired by the Lanarkshire explorer's love of nature and story telling.

They will then run every Tuesday of the school holidays thereafter.On Mondays, Storytime At The Museum takes place where interactive sessions are held, based on Southern African and Scottish stories.
