Danniella, 48, looked to be in discomfort as she headed out to her local Boots, carrying a brown paper bag back home with her.
Keeping it casual, the star opted for black skinny jeans and an oversized printed white jumper for the outing on Sunday afternoon.
The mother-of-two pulled her blonde locks up into a messy bun as she frequently reached up to gently touch her nose. It comes ahead of Danniella's latest round of surgeries to help rebuild her face - and improve her shattered self-confidence.
