Coronavirus infection rates continue to plummet in all 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester. A total of 8,479 people tested positive for covid across the region in the week which ended April 10.
That's down by 5,338 cases compared to the previous seven days, which means the infection rate fell 39 per cent week-on-week.

Trafford, where there are 394.8 cases per 100,000 people, continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester.
