CORONATION Street veteran Sally Dynevor has revealed she's "still in shock" after being made an MBE in the Queen's honours list.
The actress, 57, who has played Sally Metcalfe on the cobbles for the past 35 years, has shared her excitement about the news.
Corrie's Sally has spoken about receiving an MBE in the New Year Honours list, alongside singer Craig David, while F1 champ Lewis Hamilton will be knighted.
She told The Mirror: "I am humbled, grateful and very proud to have received this honour. I am still in shock. "I didn't believe it was real when I first found out earlier this month that I was to be given an MBE.
