The joint venture will be co-owned by the two publicly traded corporations.A price point for SkyShowtime will come later.SkyShowtime will include programming from Showtime, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, Paramount+ Originals, Sky Studios, Universal Pictures, and Peacock.
