Charlie Puth is addressing the incidents taking place at recent concerts. Over the past week, several entertainers have been injured after concertgoers threw things on stage. Bebe Rexha recently had to get stitches after getting a cell phone thrown at her face during a concert and Kelsea Ballerini had to stop a show after a bracelet was flung at her and hit her eye.
Other incidents have included Ava Max getting struck in the face by a fan who jumped up on stage, and a fan threw their mother’s ashes up on stage during Pink‘s concert.
Following the incidents, Charlie, 31, begged fans to stop. Keep reading to find out more… “This trend of throwing things at performers while they are on stage must come to an end. (Bebe, Ava, AND NOW Kelsea Ballerini…)” Charlie tweeted on Thursday (June 29). “It’s so disrespectful and very dangerous.
Please just enjoy the music I beg of you…” Following the incident at her concert, Kelsea noted what a “sad, scary world we live in.”
