dailyrecord.co.ukfamily have reported that they witnessed two carers striking a pensioner in a wheelchair while out on a day trip to a seaside village.
The mum of the family, who only wants to be known as Keren, claimed that she she was left "heartbroken" by the sight of the elderly lady being "punched" in Flamborough, Yorkshire.
She said that when the family, who were waiting in line for public toilets at the time, challenged the two woman as they walked off, according to Yorkshire Live.
The upset family followed them before proceeding to contact the police. The witness uploaded her account of the event on Facebook, which has since been shared on other pages.
